GOAL
The Cebu Eastern College aims to produce graduates who are physically, mentally, morally prepared to assume their roles
and responsibilities in the different vocational and professional fields where they aspire to achieve.

OBJECTIVES
The Cebu Eastern College, a student development center which trains a multi-cultural clientele of Filipinos and Chinese,
seeks to accomplish the following objectives.
1. To provide the students the environment and opportunities to inculcate the basic skills and standards of reading,
writing, and calculation and problem solving through an integrated curricular approach.
2. To strengthen development along cognitive, psychomotor, and effective dimensions with emphasis on values, moral
and cultural concerns.
3. To institute educational reform within the capabilities of the Cebu Eastern College on innovative thrusts concerning
the emergent advancement of science and technology.
4. To produce competent, responsible, and productive learners trained within the educational aims of Philippine education.
5. To attain higher levels of achievements to cope with the basic changes in educational trends.
